The SurgiScheduler Calendar can be easily customized to display information as desired.
Day View format. By default SGS-35 displays the Surgery List and Meetings information at the top of the Day View. This can be changed so that the just the button to access the Surgery List and Meetings is shown at the top of the Day View rather than the list itself.
Logon screen contact information. The contact name and phone number on the calendar logon screen should be set to use your contact information. By default SGS-35 uses a fictitious name and number.
Daily Report Defaults. By default the Full Day Option checkboxes 'Print on single page' and 'Two column format' under the 'Produced Full Day Report ' button are unchecked. Either or both of these can be checked by default if you determine that the output in that format is desireable as a default. (The checkboxes can be checked or unchecked by the user as desired regardless of the default settings. These printing options can also be changed as desired in the spreadsheet after it is downloaded.)
Scheduled Event and Day box colors. The color choices for the Scheduled Event colors and for the month view Day box colors can be changed if desired.
Calendar Graphics. The graphics displayed at the top of the calendar logon page and in the MOTD box on the month view can be any graphics you want to use as long as the size works for the location and the graphic file type is .jpg, .gif or .png.
